The board members of EFDIS AG, Konrad Filser, Kirsten Klosin and Christian Wust, bring not only their in-depth technical and industry knowledge but also extensive management experience to the further development of EFDIS.
Konrad Filser
Konrad Filser is the member of the Management Board of EFDIS AG responsible for software development, technology and infrastructure, finance and contracts. In the function of the initially sole member of the Management Board, he has built up EFDIS AG since 1997 and formed a team of banking and IT specialists into a successful company. Under his leadership, the EFDIS.CIFRA software was reprogrammed, a data center operation was established and new customer acquisition was successfully pursued.
For Bankhaus Ludwig Sperrer in Freising, Mr. Filser has, in addition to various other tasks, built up and supervised individual IT, implemented IT-supported workflows and programmed his own comprehensive solutions in a managerial capacity (most recently as authorized signatory).
The knowledge gained in all areas and processes of the banking business during his many years of multi-faceted work at Bankhaus Sperrer was later incorporated into the mature design of the EFDIS software range.
Kirsten Klosin
Kirsten Klosin has been on the board of EFDIS AG since 2001 and is responsible for marketing, sales, client and project management. In this function, she has reestablished the EFDIS brand and helped shape the company's growth through sales successes.
Before that, the banker and business administration graduate was responsible for setting up and managing pan-European operations at an Internet bank specializing in lending business. There, she was appointed authorized signatory and was a member of the Management Board of the associated German service company.
At the transaction bank of a major German bank, Mrs. Klosin established and managed various profit centers in the securities and funds business and previously played a key role in setting up the first German specialist bank for discount brokerage. As part of her overall responsibility there, she was responsible for operations as well as marketing, sales and customer service.
This know-how, as well as the experience gained through her work as a senior consultant for a renowned management consulting firm, characterize Mrs. Klosin's management achievements at EFDIS AG.
Christian Wust Spokesman
Christian Wust has been a member of the Management Board of EFDIS AG since 2018 and is responsible for the areas of Compliance, Audit, Data Protection, Human Resources and Internal Administration. He was responsible for establishing and expanding the internal control system (ICS) for audits in accordance with IDW PS 951 n.F. Among other things, Mr. Wust coordinates the activities of the external auditors working at EFDIS as well as the interactions with the auditors of the clients.
The banker previously worked for a consulting company for 17 years in the areas of IT auditing and consulting at banks, FinTechs and IT service providers in the financial sector. As an authorized signatory, he was most recently responsible for the IT auditing department at the consulting company.
Mr. Wust brought the regulatory expertise he had built up in his previous roles to the reorganization of processes at EFDIS.

EFDIS has been part of the CPB Software AG family since November 2023. Together we are over 300 employees at our locations in Vienna, Miltenberg and Freising.
